Glossary

The words we use, and what they mean.

BAS
BAS, the BizBMS Agentic System: the agents that build your systems and run them, with the checks, the review and the record that control them.
BMS
The Business Management System: the system your business runs on, web and mobile, and the place the agents work.
Biz
The agent your people talk to, in the BMS and outside it, by chat and by mail.
BMS Go
The BMS on a phone.
The record
What was asked, who did it, what was checked and who approved it, kept for every piece of work.
Review
A person looks at what an agent did and approves it or sends it back. Nothing that matters counts without it.
Module
One part of the BMS that does one job for the business, such as sales or billing. Each is deployable on its own.
Request
One thing you ask for, logged where the agents work. It carries the ask, the work and the review.
The checks
The automated tests every software change passes before a person sees it: conventions, types and the full test suite.
Preview
A private link where you see a change working before it goes live.
